PSDmate integrates directly with PrintShrimp, the print-on-demand supplier, using your PrintShrimp API key. Orders placed with PrintShrimp are matched to your Etsy orders, their print and shipping costs are imported into PSDmate's finances against the month they were incurred, and tracking numbers are pushed to the Etsy order. Product pricing and creation are available through the same connection, so cost of goods sits beside the revenue it produced instead of in a separate spreadsheet.
What it does
Order sync
PrintShrimp orders are matched to Etsy orders, with their status and tracking.
Real costs in your books
Print and shipping costs per order are imported into Finances, so profit is worked out against what you actually paid.
Tracking to Etsy
Tracking numbers from PrintShrimp are pushed to the matching Etsy order.
How to connect it
- Get your API key from your PrintShrimp account.
- In PSDmate, open Connected apps and add the key on the PrintShrimp card.
- Orders and costs start syncing from there; your Etsy shop needs to be connected too for matching.
What it does not do
PrintShrimp is the only supplier with a direct integration today. Other suppliers can still be used, but their orders and costs are entered by hand.
