What is a bulk mockup generator?
A bulk mockup generator renders many product mockups in one unattended job instead of one at a time. It takes a set of templates and a set of artwork files and produces every combination — so ten designs across eight templates returns eighty listing-ready images from a single run.
Do I need Photoshop to use a PSD mockup template?
Not to render one. Photoshop is needed to build or repair a template, but a PSD renderer such as PSDmate reads the Smart Object layer server-side and applies your artwork through the template's own transform without Photoshop installed.
Does PSDmate provide mockup templates?
No. PSDmate renders templates you supply — bought from Creative Market, Envato or Etsy, or built from your own photography. That is deliberate: templates from a shared library appear in thousands of other shops, and identical scenes are a conversion problem on an Etsy search page.
How many mockups can one job produce?
A bulk run takes up to 50 artwork images and renders each against every template in the project, returned as a ZIP. Renders are not metered per image on any plan.
