PSDmate connects Etsy orders to your print-on-demand supplier: live Etsy receipts are pulled in, PrintShrimp orders and their costs are synced back, and tracking numbers are pushed to the Etsy order so the buyer is notified automatically. Order costs also post into the finance module, so fulfilment and accounting are the same set of records rather than two.
The problem this solves
Manual fulfilment is copying an address into a supplier, waiting, then copying a tracking number back into Etsy. It takes two minutes per order, which is fine at five orders a week and impossible at fifty — and every one is a chance to send the wrong tracking to the wrong buyer.
What it does
Live Etsy orders
Receipts are fetched from Etsy directly, so the list is current rather than a nightly export.
Supplier order sync
PrintShrimp orders are matched and their print and shipping costs imported.
Tracking pushed back
Tracking numbers are written to the Etsy order over the API, which triggers Etsy's own dispatch notification to the buyer.
Costs into the books
Every imported order cost posts as a categorised expense, deduped per order so a re-sync never double-counts.

Which supplier does this work with?
PrintShrimp is integrated directly for orders, pricing and product creation. Other suppliers can still be used manually.
Does the buyer get notified?
Yes. Pushing tracking to the Etsy order triggers Etsy's standard dispatch notification.
Will re-syncing duplicate my costs?
No. Imported costs are keyed to the supplier order, so the same order can only post once.
