Common questions
How do I connect my Etsy shop?
Go to Settings → Connected Apps → Connect Etsy Shop. You'll be taken through Etsy's OAuth flow to authorise PSDmate to create listings on your behalf.
How do I upload my own PSD mockup templates?
Go to Frames → New Layout → Upload. PSD files up to 500MB are supported, ten per batch. The smart object layer will be detected automatically.
Why are my mockups not generating?
Check that your PSD contains a Smart Object layer. If generation still fails, contact support with the error message shown in the app.
How do I delete my account?
Use the contact form and pick "Account deletion" as the subject. We will remove all your data within 30 days.
Can I get a refund?
