PSDmate's free Etsy shop checker audits a whole shop from its link, or from the listings CSV Etsy lets every seller download. Each listing gets the same checks as the single-listing tools: title structure, duplicate tags that make Etsy reject a listing, tags over the 20-character limit, unused tag slots, possible trademarks in the title or tags, and descriptions missing size, frame or delivery details. How to use it
- Paste your shop link — Your shop page address, a link to one of your listings, or just the shop name. Or download the listings CSV from Shop Manager, then Settings, then Options, then Download Data, and drop it on the page instead.
- Read the shop-wide counts — The shop-wide counts appear first: how many listings have duplicate or over-long tags, possible trademarks, weak descriptions, or another of your listings competing with them.
- Fix the errors that block a listing first — A duplicate tag or a tag over 20 characters makes Etsy reject the listing. Each problem is listed under the CSV row it came from.
- Unlock the rest and the holiday calendar — Enter your email to see every listing and the dates to start listing for each holiday, with how many listings you already have for it.
The problem this solves
The single-listing checkers work one paste at a time, and a print shop with 800 listings is not going to paste 800 titles. The problems that cost the most only show across the whole shop anyway: the same 13 tags on 200 listings, a trademarked word copied into a batch, or nothing listed for Christmas until it is too late to rank.

Every listing, every check
Titles are graded with the same rules as the title checker, tags with the tag overlap checker's rules, descriptions with the description checker's, and titles plus tags are screened against the trademark list. Each problem is listed under the CSV row it came from.
Listings competing with each other
Each listing is compared with every other one. A pair sharing 60% or more of their tags is answering the same searches, and both get flagged with the other's row number.
A holiday calendar for your shop
For each holiday in the next 12 months: the date to start listing, the last date a new listing can still rank, and how many of your listings name that holiday in their title or tags. A holiday with none is the gap.
No Etsy login
Paste the shop link and PSDmate reads its active listings from Etsy's public API, or upload the CSV Etsy already gives you; a CSV is read in your browser and only titles, tags and the first 1,500 characters of each description are sent to be checked. Nothing is stored.

Questions
How do I download my Etsy listings CSV?
In Shop Manager go to Settings, then Options, then the Download Data tab, and download the Currently for Sale Listings CSV. It holds the title, description and tags of every active listing, which is all this checker needs.
Do I need to connect my Etsy shop?
No. Paste the shop link, or upload the CSV you download yourself. Either way there is no Etsy login and nothing is changed in your shop.
Should I use the shop link or the CSV?
The link is quicker. Shop links are limited to a few checks an hour because each one reads the shop from Etsy, so if you are fixing listings and checking again, use the CSV. Any spreadsheet with TITLE and TAGS columns works too, including one of listings you have not published yet.
Why do only 5 listings show at first?
The first 5 are free to everyone. Entering your email unlocks every listing and the holiday calendar on this browser. The shop-wide counts at the top always cover every listing.
How does the holiday calendar count my listings?
A listing counts for a holiday when its title or tags name it, for example "christmas", "xmas" or "santa" for Christmas. A design that suits a holiday but never says so is not counted, which is also how Etsy search sees it.
How many listings can it check?
Up to 2,000 in one file. A bigger shop can split its CSV and check it in parts.
