Etsy will let you edit many listings at once. It will not let you create many at once: there is no CSV import, no "upload a folder" button, nothing like Shopify's product import. (Here is exactly what Etsy can and can't do in bulk.)
So "bulk listing on Etsy" really means one of two jobs, and the tools split cleanly between them:
- Editing existing listings in bulk: prices, tags, titles, sections, renewals.
- Creating new listings in bulk: artwork in, mockups rendered, title and 13 tags written per design, listing published.
Below are six real options, what each one does for each job, and who it suits. Prices were checked in September 2026 and change often, so confirm on each tool's own site.

1. Etsy's own bulk edit
Best for: small changes across listings you already have.
In Shop Manager → Listings, tick several listings and you can change some fields together: prices, shipping profiles, renewal settings, sections, and adding or removing tags. It's free and already there.
It can't create listings, upload different photos to different listings, or write different SEO for each one. Every new listing still starts with the "Add a listing" form.
2. Copy a master listing
Best for: under about 20 designs, or a shop that's just starting.
Build one perfect listing (variations, shipping profile, description structure, sections), then use Copy on the Listings page for each new design and change the photos, title and tags. It costs nothing and keeps every listing consistent.
The catch is time. Each copy still needs its own mockups made, its own photos uploaded and its own SEO written. That's fine at 10 designs and painful at 100. We measured how the time adds up in how long it takes to list on Etsy.
3. Vela
Best for: sellers with a large existing catalogue to manage and optimise.
Vela is a bulk listing editor, built to change listings you already have at scale: find and replace across titles, tags and descriptions, bulk price changes, photo tools, scheduling and publishing, and multi-shop management. Pricing is per shop and scales with listing count, from $29.95/month (Lite, up to 500 listings) to $54.95 at 7,500–10,000, with the $39.95 Plus plan adding AI bulk optimisation.
It doesn't render mockups from your own PSD templates, so the images still need making elsewhere.
4. Elistit
Best for: sellers who want the AI to build the whole draft from the artwork.
Elistit analyses each artwork and builds the Etsy draft from it: title, tags, description and mockups. It runs on a credit budget. There's a free tier (100 credits at signup, then 60 a month), Starter at $24/month, and Grow at $49/month, which adds custom mockup PSDs and recurring auto-creation. 5. Artomate
Best for: AI poster generation plus mockups, or testing the idea without a subscription.
Artomate combines AI poster generation, cloud PSD mockup rendering and Etsy drafts. Its standout is Flex: £2 per successful generation with no subscription, the cheapest way to try this kind of tool. Starter at £20/month includes PSD templates and unlimited mockups but no Etsy posting. Posting and 400 monthly image credits come with the £50/month Enterprise BETA plan.

Best for: poster and wall-art sellers listing in volume with their own PSD mockups.
PSDmate takes a folder of artwork and your own Photoshop mockup templates. It renders every design through every template, writes a title and all 13 tags per design, and publishes the listings to Etsy through the official API. Renders are unlimited on every plan, and Etsy publishing is included from £20/month. After the listings are live it also handles bulk edits, listing videos, order sync and a finance dashboard.
It has no pay-as-you-go option. If you only want to test with a couple of designs, Artomate's Flex is the cheaper first step.
How to choose
Ask three questions:
- Am I creating listings or fixing existing ones? Fixing is a bulk-editor job (Etsy's own page, or Vela at scale). Creating is a job for a listing-creation tool.
- Do I already own mockup templates? If you bought PSD mockups, pick a tool that renders your PSDs (PSDmate, Artomate, Elistit on Grow) rather than generic stock scenes. Your own scenes are what make listings look like a brand rather than a template shop. See Etsy mockup templates.
- How many designs a month? Under 20, copying by hand is fine. Past about 50 a month, the hours saved pay for any of these tools many times over.
Whichever you pick, check that it connects through Etsy's official API (you'll see Etsy's own permission screen) and never asks for your Etsy password.
